| Select "Open" or "Run" when prompted to download, then double-click to run the downloaded file. You should see a panel like the one shown here to the left. Fill in your Name and Location and click on the button "Click to Configure Remote Support". This will notify us that your computer is on-line and ready for us to get onto your computer remotely.
If you are running Windows 7 or Vista, your computer may ask you if its OK to allow this to run -- please say "OK".
