This is a PCMCIA card that can plug into your laptop. You can then
plug an analog video source (like your ultrasound machine) into
this card. This is a great solution for capturing ultrasound images
and geetting them into digital files. To use this solution you will
need to have your laptop next to your ultrasound machine while doing
the exam. You will hit a key on your laptop (or click an on-screen
item) with your mouse to grab an image.

and costs about $270.
If you don't want to have your laptop next to your machine during
the exam, then you need another unit to be there to capture the
digital images, for example the Sony
GVD-1000.
